Cheap Sunglasses

$195.00$6,000.00

This was one of the coolest days in rock star history – at least for me it was. After photographing ZZ Top in 2011, Billy Gibbons invited me to Houston to do a photoshoot where I got to spend the entire day with him. In between shoots we would go to his favorite watering hole to taste test his new tequila while he told me stories of how ZZ Top got started and his days touring with Jimmy Hendrix. It’s not often that Billy is seen without his classic Ray Ban sunglasses, so when he obliged me by removing them for one of the shoots, I was super excited about getting this shot. It became so iconic over the years, and was featured as the cover of Guitar Connoisseur magazine in 2016.

ABOUT LIMITED EDITIONS

All artwork is offered as a limited edition. Rodney carefully selects each image and chooses a number of prints to make available for each image. This edition size is shared across all prints of an image. For example, if an edition is set at 25 prints there will never be more than 25 prints of that image (regardless of print size) so each individual work will retain its value over time.

PRICES RISE AS PRINTS SELL

As with most fine art, as an edition sells the prices increase. Later images in an edition will be priced higher.
